These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the mrtm88 website located at https://mrtm88.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"), operated by mrtm88 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). mrtm88 is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform. To register and maintain an active Account on the mrtm88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

In the event that you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify mrtm88 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support or by email at [email protected]. mrtm88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions or delayed notification.

All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKAD), passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the past three months. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable network fees payable by the User.

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are processed within 15 to 30 minutes subject to blockchain network confirmation times. mrtm88 does not guarantee specific processing times for cryptocurrency transactions as these are dependent on external blockchain infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified e-wallet users under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. mrtm88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

mrtm88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period as stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering obligations expire at the end of this period and are removed from the Account balance.

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted game session, or data feed error, mrtm88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amount to the User's Account.
• Sports betting markets, including live football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions), UFC, and other sporting events, are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of mrtm88.

The mrtm88 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mrtm88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, mrtm88 specifically excludes all liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from any technical malfunction, service interruption, game error, or data loss beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate security practices;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with applicable local laws when accessing the Platform from your jurisdiction;
• Any inaccuracies in odds, scores, or statistics provided by third-party data feeds, where such errors are promptly corrected upon discovery.

mrtm88's total aggregate liability to any single User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mrtm88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The User is found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• The User has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or money laundering;
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• The User is found to be under the age of 21, or to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• mrtm88 is required to do so by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• The User's Account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormancy procedures.

In the event of Account closure due to verified fraud or material breach of these Terms, mrtm88 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including deposited funds and bonus credits. In all other cases of termination, mrtm88 will use reasonable efforts to return verified deposited funds to the User's originating payment method following completion of any applicable compliance review.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mrtm88 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

mrtm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users by means of a notice posted on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the User's Account. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights) may be made without specific notification.

The amended Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mrtm88 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an online gaming platform. In the event of a dispute between you and mrtm88 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.
